This company is listed and head quartered in North America and have a very strong presence in the UK. Your new company design and plan and manage complex engineering problems for clients across several sectors such as energy, rail, maritime and complex CBD developments.
Your new role
As a non-contentious construction lawyer you will be expected to support the management of contractual and commercial risk through the provision of commercially oriented and solution focused legal advice to different areas of the business. You will be expected to negotiate construction suite contracts and negotiate consultancy agreements. You will also be expected to liaise with the engineering teams, project managers and bid teams in relation to terms of appointments and the delivery of issues. You will also be expected to offer advice and guidance on tenders and identify and address risk. You will also be responsible in ensuring corporate governance is addressed in relation to reviews of contracts and approvals.
What you'll need to succeed
UK qualified lawyer with experience in the range of 0-2 PQE (will consider applications outside this bracket) Non-Contentious construction experience essential.
