Great opportunity for a Construction Law Solicitor, 1-4 yrs PQE, to join a top rated London law firm.

The current balance of work in the team is 60% non-contentious, 40% contentious, almost exclusively UK-based and all building-related, involving both standard form and bespoke agreements. There is currently no engineering or infrastructure work but a significant bias towards residential development, which reflects the current profile of work across the wider Real Estate department. The team works closely with both the development and the Real Estate Finance teams, undertaking work predominantly for developers, project funders and high net worth individuals in the private development sector in respect of commercial and residential development schemes.

This role is a great opportunity to join the firm's thriving construction practice group. The team consists of 1 Partner, 1 senior associate, 2 solicitors and 1 paralegal. The role consists of a split of contentious and non-contentious work and so this role would suit a candidate with a strong non-contentious background. Target hours 1320
