Our client, a busy Local Authority based in Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced Planning and Highways Lawyer to join their team for an initial three month assignment with the strong possibility of extension.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload from the outset dealing with the following matters:
- S.106 agreements,
- Regeneration Projects,
- Highways matters- S.278 agreements,
- CPO matters and
- Attendance at Planning Committees.
Experience of rights of way work would be advantageous but not critical.
Our client has exciting infrastructure developments happening across the county in new housing plans, major road works and bypass development for A120.
This vacancy has arisen due to an influx in work and therefore you must be available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
