This top international law firm has one of the strongest disputes teams in the City. Their specialist trusts and pensions litigation team is ranked as Tier 1 and the partners are leaders within the field.

Although experience in pensions and trusts litigation would be a plus, it is certainly not a prerequisite. As long as the candidate is intelligent and strong technically, a solid grounding in commercial litigation is sufficient.

This team works on high profile Chancery Division matters including acting for large institutional clients and pension scheme trustees in professional negligence claims (acting for both defendants and claimants). The cases often involve allegations of fraud and disputes arising out of securitisation arrangements.

This is a chance to join a market leading team and work on the highest quality disputes, as part of a genuinely close knit and collegiate team. You will have the chance to quickly become and expert in your area of law and will be working on truly cutting edge matters.
