Litigation Legal Assistant
Our Client, a very well regarded US law firm that is looking to recruit a Litigation Paralegal into their London office on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of prior experience gained working in the litigation department of a City law firm.
This is a great opportunity for a paralegal to join a practice that is ranked highly for their expertise in Arbitration and Banking Litigation matters including cross-border banking and financial services disputes and regulatory investigations. In joining the team you will be working closely with Associates and Partner to provide a seamless service to the firm's clients.
It is expected that the successful candidate will be assisting with the following duties and therefore it is essential that applicants are experienced in the below:
- Attending hearings, client interviews and meetings, preparing relevant case files.
- Preparation of court documents, discovery documents, conforming citations, maintaining organised case files via the use of various databases.
- Document review and collection.
- Trial and Arbitration support.
