Our client is an established law firm one of the UK's top 100 law firms.


A new role has arisen for a property litigation lawyer to join a highly successful and expanding real estate litigation team working across a wide range of industries including high profile developers, retailers, hotel and leisure groups.

You will be working on a mix of commercial and residential property, from landlord and tenant and vendor covering a variety of aspects of real estate litigation.


To be considered for this position you will be a pro-active 2-4PQE+ property litigation lawyer with excellent academics (2:1 or above) with a proven track record from a top national or City law firm which has a leading property practice.

You will have sound experience of property law and have good understanding of dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters from title issues, rights of way to arrears recovery.

With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly with an entrepreneurial client base.
