JUNIOR COMMERCIAL LAWYER

FOOD/HOSPITALITY SECTOR

CENTRAL LONDON

This is a rare opportunity in the exciting Food/Hospitality sector, with an international and rapidly growing business! We are looking for a UK (or German) qualified lawyer to join the current legal team of 3 and report to the Head of Legal. You undertake a broad mix of commercial contracts and IP related advisory work. For example, you might work on concession, distribution, marketing and services agreements, T&Cs, branding matters, GDPR etc.

Prior in-house experience will be a big advantage, as will experience of the consumer sector. German, Nordic or Dutch language skills will be helpful, though not essential. You must have some demonstrable general commercial contracts drafting and negotiation experience.

Cultural and personality fit is essential: you will have a sense of humour, be sociable and enjoy forging effective relationships with colleagues. You will also be the opposite of a "black letter lawyer": you will focus on managing risk and your advice will be pragmatic, commercial and succinct.

Please contact us ASAP if you are interested in this exciting opportunity!
