Corporate Fraud/White Collar Crime NQ+ To £90,000
Excellent opening for an ambitious lawyer looking to move up at this dynamic City firm. Broad-ranging role including corporate fraud, bribery and corruption. Experience in criminal defence of financial services, competition, tax/VAT and other regulatory offences will also be useful. Ideally you will have represented corporates, defending criminal investigations and prosecutions, conducting internal investigations and advising on compliance, although experience as a prosecutor may be relevant. Applicants must be technically excellent but, equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development, since the successful candidate will be involved in growing the practise. The role will involve working closely with civil litigation colleagues (e.g. fraud and asset tracing) and working as a team with specialist lawyers from other disciplines (e.g. financial services, competition, tax / VAT).
