DEFENDANT PERSONAL INJURY
Our client is one of the market leaders in the field of insurance and is looking for legal executives and solicitors c.NQ-5yrs PQE with either defendant or claimant personal injury experience to join their team in Leeds City centre.
As part of their expansion their main focus is the defendant personal injury market and the successful candidates will be dealing with a range of casualty, motor, disease and subrogated recovery claims for some of the largest Insurers in the UK.
In-depth knowledge of PI litigation, court process and procedures plus good working knowledge of the CPR is desirable but a genuine interest in insurance is of particular importance.
The firm has a clear promotion and development programme and salary is competitive with the Leeds market.
Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
