In-house Solicitor - Commercial / Technology - Leeds
Our client is a hugely successful company with an impressive profile as a leader in its industry across the UK. It is looking to recruit a highly capable Commercial / Technology solicitor to join its high-quality in-house legal team. You will be working day-to-day with two very high quality senior commercial solicitors with an abundance of experience both in-house and in private practice.
The successful applicant will be responsible for drafting and negotiating the full range of commercial contracts including customer and supplier contracts, distributor and sales agency agreements and advising on Data Protection matters as well as more specific issues as and when they arise.
The ideal applicant will have up to four years PQE behind him/her and will be working at a national, regional or City firm with an excellent reputation for its commercial / IT / technology work or already be in-house.
