This premier US law firm is recognised as a global leader in complex cross-border disputes and corporate crime & investigations matters. With a significant and growing presence across the Asia-Pacific region, there is a need to secure the services of a talented litigation lawyer (1-4yrs PQE) for its expanding China focused disputes practice. Their is flexibility on location with the successful candidate being able to be based out of Hong Kong, Beijing or Shanghai. 

To be considered it is essential that you will be admitted to practice in the US and possess an exceptional academic pedigree, including a  very strong JD from a leading Law School. Furthermore, you will have developed your experience to date within a globally rated disputes practice where you will have been involved in a range of big-ticket commercial litigation and Government Enforcement matters. Previous exposure to regulatory and cross-border investigations is essential, given the major focus the team has with relation to FCPA matters across Hong Kong and China and the greater Asia-Pacific region. Chinese language skills are essential. 

Working closely with senior colleagues across international offices, the incumbent will benefit from immediate client responsibility and international travel as well as structured training and development program that will ensure your skills and experience are continuously refined & improved as your career develops. Additionally, our client is open to considering candidates for an International Legal Project Manager role that have  LLM's from top flight US law schools and experience in the government enforcement practice in similar market leading practices
