A major global insurer is currently looking for a company secretary to join their London office on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the head of Company Secretary your role will be wide ranging, looking after the board, driving governance standards, liaising with the General Counsel and other stakeholders in the business etc.
This role will suit individuals looking for longevity in their new position; an opportunity to progress and grow through the team.
Our client is looking for someone with considerable company secretary experience, having also lead a team. Previous Lloyd's market experience is a pre-requisite.
