We are looking for a junior Pensions Regulatory Lawyer to join our exemplary Pensions team, which is consistently ranked in the top tier by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
Our team has “deep expertise in the full spectrum of pension matters, ranging from funding questions to regulatory compliance.” Chambers & Partners
If you would like to join us, you should have an excellent academic record and evidence of `hands-on` pensions experience gained at a professional firm with a first-class reputation for pensions work. Although you may not have pensions regulatory experience, you should have a genuine interest to progress in this area and we would welcome applicants with knowledge of or an appetite for procedural issues, public law and privilege. You should also be a strong team player, as one of our values is collaboration and, have good attention to detail, as you will be expected to manage a complex workload.
Team
Our pensions regulatory lawyers have in-depth understanding of pensions regulatory bodies and advise on all aspects of pensions law, including PPF cases, scheme funding and governance, legal interpretation, strategic advice and buy-ins.

Work
We provide advice and support on complex pensions regulatory matters, to both public and private sector clients. Our work includes:
• Clearance applications
• Regulatory investigations
• Scheme funding negotiations

The team advises on pensions regulatory schemes of all sizes and clients include Silentnight, Great Lakes and Brunel.
