Your new role
This is a growth role within a legal function. You will be expected to assist and defend and represent members in a variety of forums including but not limited to GOC, NHSE and High Court proceedings. You will be expected to draft and prepare responses to various bodies including the NHS and others for the members of the group. Case preparation and management in relation to clinical claims, such as, prepare witness statements and organise buddles for trial, organise and arrange meetings with members, experts and counsel. You will also be expected to attend hearings and mediate on behalf of the members.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 6+ PQE (applications outside this specification are welcome) You will have the ability to manage your own caseload and ability to lead junior lawyers where needed.
