CONSTRUCTION - LEEDS
Our client, a tier 1 construction team, is looking to recruit a number of Construction Lawyers, anywhere in the 3-8yrPQE bracket. Their construction team has developed an enviable reputation over many years having been involved in a number of high profile construction projects across the UK and internationally. This firm has had plenty of success in recent years in appointing candidates relocating from London back to yorkshire and so candidates who have an interest in bringing their careers to Leeds are encouraged to apply.
At the junior level, candidates can expect contentious and non-contentious construction work. Senior candidates will predominantly do non-contentious work, however depending on the candidate a mix may be considered.
The team regularly advises on high value projects for both the private and public sectors. They are also involved in the Energy and Waste sectors. On the contentious side, they have a large volume of work ranging from court proceedings, adjudication to mediation.
You may be expected to take on a client facing role from the outset, so being confident with working closely with clients and providing first class, practical advice is essential. Being a good networker is also desirable; not only for the growth of the department but for your own career development.
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Construction Lawyer, looking to progress their career with a leading Construction team.
Brooke Thornham Consulting advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
