This major international firm boasts one of the largest and highest ranked financial services teams in the UK and globally.

In order to grow the team they would like to recruit an exceptionally bright and ambitious mid-level payment services lawyer with experience in regulatory areas such as PSD2/the PSRs 2017, the Payment Accounts Regulations, SEPA with experience in advising on issues relating to the development of new products, drafting associated terms and conditions and licensing and other compliance issues.

A more junior lawyer with some experience in this space would also be considered.

This is a great opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including banks, building societies, card issuers and other payment institutions on large scale financial products terms and conditions projects, full PSD2 implementation projects and other regulatory issues related to their client’s product terms.

Candidates will ideally have between 3-7yrs PQE and will have trained and worked at a respected law firm or in-house with a financial services or payment institution. You will have excellent academics, strong drafting skills and will be an analytical thinker with the all the required attributes to become a leading and well known financial services regulatory lawyer.

This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a driven and very bright individual who gravitates towards client contact and business development to work alongside and learn from great lawyers noted in legal directories for their expertise.
