JOB TITLE: Health Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join one of the most highly respected firms in the UK. As part of a thriving team you will take charge of a busy caseload of health litigation matters, working closely with a large client base including national health care providers, social care organisations and local authorities. Your work will relate to medical treatment, mental health, court of protection and deprivation of liberty matters, as well as a wide range of safeguarding and funding disputes. Whilst handling a challenging caseload you will benefit from the support of a well established team of experts, working in a collegiate team.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience of handling a busy litigation caseload, with a focus on health litigation. An excellent understanding of court of protection, mental health and healthcare matters including health and welfare applications, s21A MCA 2005 challenges, adult safe guarding and inquests.
