Employment/HR Senior Legal Counsel, Central London, 5+ PQE*
Our client, a leading financial services business, is looking to appoint a Senior Employment Legal Counsel to join their established team.
Employment / HR, Legal Counsel, 5+ years’ PQE*
The ideal appointee will have a demonstrable background in delivering high quality employment law advice on a range of day-to-day employment matters across the EMEA region, including employment contracts, HR policies and compliance, and disputes and employment litigation. You will have experience in advising in detail on a wide variety of employment-related matters, including works council issues, restructures, redundancies, and settlement agreements, with minimum supervision. You will also be a trusted advisor to the business, keeping internal clients, at all levels across the business, informed of legal requirements and developments in relation to employment matters.
It is imperative that you have a flexible approach and a willingness to take on a broad range of work including but not limited to data protection and other compliance matters.
The ideal candidate will benefit from solid academics and have trained with recognisable city law firms. For this role, you will be comfortable interfacing with a business at all levels and enjoy undertaking a range of work in this fast-paced environment.
