Company Secretarial Assistant
Our client, a FTSE 100 market leader, is seeking an Company Secretarial Assistant to join their Company Secretariat team.
You will be managing the company's dividend process, be responsible for the administration of UK group subsidiaries, annual returns and filings, governance, be involved in the production of the company's annual report, share scheme administration, and providing company secretarial support and insight to the wider business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous company secretarial experience who is looking for a step up, who is eager to qualify, and is looking for investment from a prestigious organisation.
The successful candidate will have at least one years' experience as a company secretarial assistant.
