Premier US firm is currently seeking talented disputes associates (circa 1-3 yrs PQE) with experience in a range of litigation, arbitration and investigations for its expanding Hong Kong practice. Successful candidates will ideally have experience in government investigations, regulatory compliance and international disputes, while specific expertise involving the FCPA would be beneficial. There will also be regular exposure to complex antitrust matters, including merger control, non-merger investigations & litigation as well as complex cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
Candidates must have excellent academics and ideally be working in a top US or UK law firm in HK or internationally. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or another Asian language is a must. While the preferred location is Hong Kong, those who wish to be based in Beijing will also be considered.
