Regulatory Health & Safety Solicitor required for rewarding new role with a pre-eminent national law firm in Manchester. Competitive package with salary from £45k.
Our client is a national law firm who are regarded as leaders in their field and they are frequently to be found in the top tier of the various legal directories. Their Health & Safety group act for clients across the whole range of health and safety matters, covering a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare and retail. The wider Regulatory team acts for clients being investigated and/ or prosecuted by the Police, Health and Safety Executive, Local Authority, the Environment Agency and other regulatory enforcement bodies for breaches of health and safety, product safety, food safety, road safety and related legislation.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor to the team. You will ideally have a minimum of 4PQE in Regulatory matters, with a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and enforcement. Non-contentious experience gained with a comparable firm would be advantageous as the team also provide formal advice to clients in connection with corporate governance issues, such as directors' duties and corporate structure. They regularly advise clients on the potential civil and criminal liabilities of companies and individual senior managers.
This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading law firm, who have an excellent reputation for Regulatory work. They can offer excellent career and personal development prospects to the successful applicant.

Please note that CapeClarke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We will aim to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible but CapeClarke does receive a high number of applications and if we have not contacted you within 5 days, your application has not met the requirements of our client.
