Property Litigation Lawyer – Top tier firm – Manchester
Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor required for a new role within a leading commercial firm, to be based in Manchester. Competitive salary upwards of £43k.
Our client is a leading UK law firm who are well regarded across many commercial legal disciplines. Their highly rated Real Estate team cover a wide range of Commercial Property matters including property litigation, property development, investment, asset management, funding, landlord and tenant and real estate tax. Clients range from large property development and management companies, to corporate occupiers and institutional public-sector organisations.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to the team in Manchester.
They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 1PQE in Commercial Property Litigation, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading commercial firm well regarded for property litigation work. It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of real estate dispute. The work is complex and requires you to be someone who relishes technical black letter law.
There is an excellent quality of work on offer, in addition to a supportive and collegiate team environment. Salary and package will be very competitive.
