Heathcare Regulatory NQ Solicitor - Liverpool
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a healthcare regulatory NQ solicitor to join a highly regarded Liverpool based team of an international firm.
The partner is keen to hear from qualified solicitors from NQ level right through to 3/4 years PQE. The successful candidate will handle their own caseload, encompassing the full range of the team's work (with appropriate level of supervision) including advising public bodies, predominately NHS Trusts on the formulation of policies and advising in relation to court of protection proceedings and applications for judicial review. You will undertake advocacy at inquests and contentious public law hearings. It is likely given the variety of the work the team undertakes that other advocacy opportunities will arise. Due to the nature of the work, you will need to be able to perform in what are often high pressure situations, so the ability to think quickly and act with confidence is a must.
Ideally you will have some exposure to regulatory work, ideally a 6 month seat in healthcare regulatory work with a top 100 commercial firm. You will have strong client relationship skills and will be able to demonstrate commitment and flexibility of working, to help satisfy high levels of urgent advice and responsiveness. Advocacy experience would be an advantage.
Excellent salary, support from Manchester based regulatory team and career prospects for the successful regulatory lawyer.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
