Our client is an international firm and they have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join them to strengthen their national offering in Pensions to be based in either the Newcastle or Leeds offices, providing a genuine chance to join a highly motivated and supportive team with a wealth of relevant experience.
What will you be doing?
You'll build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and across the pensions industry generally. Business development is key to this role, so you'll contribute to the growth of the team by attending client events, writing articles for the website or other publications and marketing activities. You'll be keeping abreast of knowhow developments, drafting legal documents and negotiating on complex transactions, ranging from individual complaints and disputes to Pensions Ombudsman and court proceedings.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
