As a transactional lawyer in EBRD’s legal department, you will have principal responsibility for a number of EBRD’s debt and equity transactions throughout EBRD’s countries of operations. You will advise on the legal structuring of such transactions, draft and negotiate the legal documentation and help carry out the EBRD’s policy mandate in the context of its operations.
With a law degree from a leading university, you have 3-5 years post-qualification practising experience gained at a top rated law firm working on English law governed financing agreements. You are confident drafting legal documents and negotiating them in English and capable of working independently and effectively in a multicultural environment.
