Junior Securitisation Associate | London

IDEX Consulting has been partnered with a leading commercial firm in the City who are looking to bring on a Junior Associate into their long-standing securitisation team in the City. The team work with a range of clients including registered providers of social housing, private developers, public companies and a significant number of housing associations and charities. The firm compliment this team with a full-service offering commercial, corporate, banking and real estate support on a range of matters.


The role will encompass a range of securitisation work with a focus on acting for RPs in the charging of properties to lenders, using loan facilities and bonds, as well as private placements for amounts up to £450million. The firm will offer fantastic support from it's four dedicated Securitisation Partners, as well as a clear route to progression within the firm. The firm's focus puts a large emphasis on 'taking care of their own' and the firm are wanting people to join and develop within the firm and build their own business in order to progress towards partnership.


The firm are looking for someone with stellar academics as well as solid training and experience within securitisation matters. A commercial approach to their work is required and someone who can show key client contact as well as a drive to develop further clients will be the successful candidate.
