Conflicts and due diligence analyst sought by highly regarded City firm to act as the first point of call for conflicts of interest and anti-money laundering enquiries for new clients.
THE ROLE
To undertake research and analysis on new clients and clear where appropriate and escalate where complex. Duties include conflict checks, conduct appropriate AML checks and be the point of contact for fee earners and enquiries.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You should have a good academic background including a degree and either the GDL and/or LPC. In addition, at least six months experience of handling AML enquiries and/or completing conflict searches in a legal or regulated professional services environment is highly desirable, as is a good understanding of the Code of conduct 2011, in particular Rule 3 (Conflict of Interest) and Rule 4 (Confidentiality).
