Experienced solicitor wanted for a Legal 500 firm in Staffordshire

Our client is a well-established, Legal 500 accredited firm based in Staffordshire. With a team of specialist lawyers, it offers a wide range of services to its clients across the local area, the Midlands and beyond. The firm has a great reputation for providing a quality service to its clients and a quality working environment for its staff. Due to expansion, the firm is looking to add an experienced commercial property solicitor to its property team.
THE ROLE
You will be a solicitor with a minimum of four year’s post-qualified experience in commercial property law. You should be experienced in a range of commercial property matters such as acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, landlord and tenant, leases and renewals and property finance. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial property matters;
Possess excellent time management skills;
Experience of property development is desirable, but not essential;
Have strong IT skills;
Enjoy business development and marketing.
