With offices spanning the length and breadth of the UK, this national firm acts for small businesses and HNW individuals through to FTSE 100 corporates – offering each a hands on, bespoke service at a competitive market rate that has seen them increase market share and profitability - with a turnover already on a par with much larger, international firms.
Their recruitment initiatives in recent years have been nothing short of outstanding – attracting a number of significant laterals to their collegiate platform that have both invigorated and driven the firm forward. With this upward curve is set to continue into 2017 they are keen to build upon this success and attract additional senior lawyers to the firm across core practice areas – namely real estate, corporate, banking and disputes – that are genuinely entrepreneurial and looking to locate a platform that can support their practice development going forward. London is very much the key focus for growth in the coming years with many of the firms bigger clients identifying the City team as being key to their requirements, hence the push to build out their practice in this location.
To be considered, it is envisaged that applicants will either be established senior lawyers already practicing as a Partner within a Top 30 firm environment or potentially a junior Partner or aspiring Senior Associate at a leading City firm that is looking to secure an opportunity that can either offer an immediate or accelerated route to Partnership. In all cases, applicants will need to evidence a strong academic and professional background allied to strong client relationships and growing business case. Business case does not necessarily need to be huge day one, but rather they must show clear scope for growth. That said, those with an established and profitable practice will be actively supported in taking their practice to the next level and would be hard pushed to find a better firm from which to achieve this objective.
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-managed firm that has not let the grass grow under its feet but rather consolidate its position and stride ahead of many of its historical peers. True to its culture and history, the firm continues to focus on the provision of high quality legal advice and will appeal to those that truly enjoy the practice of law and look to add value to their clients at every opportunity.
