Entry-level 2 year contract role for graduate looking to qualify as RTPI member
THE FIRM
Our client is a heavyweight regional law practice stretching across the Midlands from Leeds to London with a strong national client base and international connections. This highly-acclaimed, multi-award-winning firm is recognised for its commitment to providing an outstanding level of service to clients and an exceptionally supportive working environment for all levels of fee-earners and support staff. The real-estate department is enjoying an increasing level of instructions and a vacancy has now arisen for a graduate to join the team in a two-year contract role, in the Nottingham office.
THE ROLE
The real estate department deals with an exceptionally wide variety of land and property-related matters. Within the department are teams dealing with construction, environmental, social housing and much more and this is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate with a degree in a planning-based discipline who is looking to develop a career in this area of law. The firm envisages this initially as a two-year fixed-term contract enabling eventual RTPI qualification, and if this is achieved then there is the possibility of a permanent role in the future. For further details of this entry-level planning role, please contact Simon quoting reference SS25486.
THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a graduate with a relevant degree accredited by the RTPI; or, possibly, be a solicitor, legal executive or fee-earning paralegal with an excellent grasp of planning law and an additional relevant qualification in planning;
