Legal Counsel, Infrastructure Fund, Central London
My client, a leading global infrastructure fund, seeks a lawyer to join their existing legal function based in Central London.
Reporting into the General Counsel, this is a great opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain varied experience working in a small legal team. Responsibilities will include transactional support, advising on regulatory policies and procedures and company secretarial work. Previous in-house and company secretarial experience is not required.
The successful candidate will benefit from stellar academics and training from a City law firm. My client will consider newly-qualified solicitors. The nature of the role means that some corporate / PFI/PPP experience, either a seat or post-qualification, is necessary. You will not be required to have previous funds experience.
The small nature of the legal team means that you will be bright, proactive and willing to take on a varied work-load whilst working collaboratively with management and staff. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collegiate atmosphere. It is important to my client that you are a bright and determined individual who is eager to learn.
