We work across the UK, EMEA, Australia & the U.S. on a wide range of mid-to-senior level positions from In-House Lawyers and Claims Adjusters to General Counsels and Claims Directors, as well as Senior Associates and Partners within Private Practice. Each consultant has specialist knowledge of their chosen market with an extensive network of contacts across all sizes of business, enabling us to be at the forefront when generating new candidates and job opportunities. Many of our current assignments will be worked by Oliver James Associates on an exclusive basis, having developed solid relationships, trust and confidence with a large number of clients. We work on a retained search basis for the majority of our clients, alongside managing advertised selections and providing contingency solutions, where required. We currently recruit throughout the UK, Ireland, Continental Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the US.
