Company Secretarial Assistant
We are currently recruiting a high-quality Company Secretarial Assistant for a leading global financial services company. Based in Central London this position will play a key governance role, ensuring best-practice and compliance in relation to the 2006 Companies Act and other relevant legislation.

Requirements:
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
• Qualified company secretary with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Good knowledge of UK Companies Act 2006, FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules and other relevant legislation
• Good knowledge in the use of the latest company secretarial software
• Excellent knowledge of current company secretarial/corporate governance practice, at both detailed and summary level
Education and Qualifications:
• ICSA qualified
• PLC experience preferable
Personal Characteristics:
• High level of organisational skills
• The highest standards of integrity and punctuality
• Proactive and assertive in approach
