JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: Attractive
THE ROLE: The Successful Residential Property Conveyancer will advise on a variety of property matters including sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, remortgage and equality release, tenancy agreements and commercial sale and also purchasing and leasing. The Residential Property Conveyancer will have a willingness and commitment to business development and have the confidence to independently manage a busy caseload.
The Candidate: In order to be considered for the Residential Property Conveyancer role you will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing gained within a highly reputed firm and a determination to work towards high targets under pressure within a volume environment. The Residential Property Conveyancer will have the ability to engage with people easily and apply process and discipline towards optimising their performance.
