JOB TITLE: Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ Years PQE
LOCATION: Nottinghamshire (Commutable from: Newark, Nottingham, Mansfield, Loughborough, Lincoln)
SALARY: Attractive Salary
THE ROLE:
Commencing in January 2015, this locum assignment will run for a period of 8 months. This highly regarded litigation team deal with a wide range of matters to include, employment disputes, property disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, property and disputes concerning wills and trusts.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE and are able to handle a caseload independently. You will have wide ranging experience encompassing all areas of civil litigation work including debt recovery, personal injury and landlord and tenant law. You are likely to be highly organised and a strong communicator with a proven track record as a litigator, and will enjoy working within a thriving team environment.
