THE ROLE:
Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Cardiff - this exciting new role with our client will find the newly appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor to profitably assist in the management of clinical negligence claims acting at all times in the best interests of the claimant along with assisting the Team Leader with the supervision, monitoring and development of Case Assistants in the Clinical Negligence Department within the Serious Injuries Team. The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be running a case load of modest value clinical negligence files independently and assisting the principal solicitors in the clinical negligence department within the serious injuries team with their clinical negligence cases.
THE CANDIDATE:
For the role of Clinical Negligence Solicitor applications will be considered from newly qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with exposure to running MT personal injury claims with limited supervision and assisting a team with catastrophic injury claims in either an insurer or solicitor environment. The successful Clinical Negligence will possess in depth knowledge of personal injury rules and procedures, and a willingness to proactively develop technical expertise and keep up to date with legal and medical developments. Excellent client care and interpersonal and communication skills are a must for the newly appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor. To be considered for the role of Clinical Negligence Solicitor must have the ability to work in a team to achieve individual and team targets, whilst maintaining the firms profitability and level of service to clients.
