THE ROLE:
Handling a high quality workload of both contentious and non contentious construction matters from the outset, the successful NQ Construction can learn and work alongside some of the most respected Construction Lawyers within the Birmingham market. The growing construction team is looking for ambitious Construction Lawyers are keen to develop their skills and experience within this area of law. Spanning across a range of industry sectors, the suitable Construction Solicitor can expect to work with a diverse client base including high net worth individuals and those who are based in the leisure, financial services, transport and charities sector. Daily responsibilities will include advising UK and international developers and investors, major contractors, local authorities on various construction projects.
THE CANDIDATE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a NQ Construction Solicitor to play a key role in a busy and established department. To be considered as the NQ Construction Solicitor you will possess a strong academic record and will have trained with a reputable and credible UK firm and possess a strong interest into qualifying into the Construction field. The ideal NQ Construction Solicitor will have had exposure to Construction Law, and/or contentious or non-contentious and be knowledgeable of JCT and NEC standard form contracts. The successful NQ Construction Solicitor will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to cope under pressure, be able to prioritise and be a flexible, co-operative team player. Ideally the newly appointed NQ Construction Solicitor will be experienced in dealing with a range of clients, have the ability to work efficiently and have a commitment to client care.
