JOB TITLE: Senior Family Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
SALARY: Excellent + Benefits
THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a leading family team handling a varied caseload if privately funded family matters. You will be expected to be involved in all areas of work including (but not limited to) divorce, financial settlement, private law Children Act, nuptial agreement and co-habitation cases. In addition to running your own caseload you will also be expected to supervise more junior members of the team and be proactive with business development and marketing for the team and the firm overall.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Family Solicitor will be appointed as a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner depending in experience and will be expected to demonstrate a passion and flair for family law as well as being well connected in the Hertfordshire area. You will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE within family law and will have considerable experience of dealing with high net worth clients. Ideally you will have Resolution or Law Society accreditation and will be a capable business developer with the ability to bring new and creative ideas to the table.
