Your role will be to undertake all the service delivery tasks remaining on shore and to act as first line contingency in a Business Continuity Planning incident off shore.
Key responsibilities:
The Finance Service Manager will provide interim leadership on the Service Delivery Team, ensuring that all operational Service Level Agreements and targets are met, that all issues and escalations are managed and resolved, and that all risks and issues are sufficiently mitigated. The Finance Service Manager will manage the Service Delivery Team, taking responsibility for the Leeds-based onshore operations team and the offshore Bangalore team; the role will coordinate and direct the activities of several workstreams, including: Delivery, Problem Management, Assurance, Business Continuity and Service Relationship – providing an interface on behalf of the team into the business.
Skills and experience:
· You will have experience of managing a service based team with a key focus on quality and timeliness of service
· You will have experience of leading on the operation of Service Delivery / Service Management frameworks
· You will ideally have experience of working within a professional services organisation
· You will ideally have experience in cash management, billing and purchase ledger in a legal environment
· You will have to have excellent communication skills, having the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels

· You will be capable leader, able to provide inspiration and leadership to your team
· You will be an excellent communicator, able to communicate with your own team, third party teams, and with the business
· You will need to be highly client focused in all you do
· You will have the ability to quickly assess issues and prioritise your team's work accordingly
