THE ROLE:
This highly respected Staffordshire based firm provides advice on both commercial and private client issues and they pride themselves on a providing a personal yet professional service to all clients. The existing corporate team undertakes all aspects of corporate law on behalf of both international and UK clients across a range of sectors. As the successful Corporate Partner, you will have at least 9 years corporate law experience and have the capability to advice on a range of matters including; private equity, shareholder issues, M&A and also general corporate matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
You are likely to be an ambitious Corporate Partner with a minimum of 9 years' relevant experience. You may already be an experienced partner looking for a change or for your next challenge. Alternatively you may be a senior associate with strong partnership aspirations. Whatever your current status, you will enjoy client relationship management and business development and ideally have some experience of managing and mentoring less experienced fee-earners. You may already be working in Staffordshire, have strong ties to the region or be interested in relocating to the area.
