A senior company secretary with financial services experience is required for an international bank to work on the EMEA team. Supporting and managing many entities will require someone qualified to also manage a small team of more junior employees, whilst working with the head of department on system and process improvements. Project work will form a significant part of the role in addition to organising board and committee meetings, managing company secretarial administration, responding to information requests and supporting company restructurings.
To be considered for this position you should hold a UK company secretarial qualification and have at least 6 years experience, ideally within financial services. The role could suit someone who is looking for a step up and is interested in being involved in the strategic running of the department. Listed experience is not required but would be welcomed.
