A leading Asset Manager is looking to hire a Company Secretary.
The Company Secretary will be responsible for and oversee all company secretarial matters for the LLP and related UK Group companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitation and organisation of the Group’s board meetings and committees, such as Management Board and CEO Committee.

Preparation and distribution of meeting documents

Maintain corporate records.

Maintain up to date legal and regulatory knowledge relating to the companies and LLP (including LLP/Shareholder agreements and other relevant legislation).

Draft and update governing documents as required.

Maintain all Statutory Registers, including any electronic databases.

Complete all Statutory Returns for the LLP and Group companies with relevant authorities worldwide.

Co-ordinating the publication and distribution of the Group’s annual reports and accounts in consultation with the Board and the Finance Department.

Primary point of contact for all unit/share/option holder issues and requests.

Assist with all corporate governance.
Skill Set:

You will be a fully qualified company secretary

You will have proven management experience
-
It would be desirable that you have previous LLP experience
