JOB TITLE: Residential Property Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ Years PQE
LOCATION: Essex (Commutable from: London, Kent, Hertfordshire, Suffolk )

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity to join a first class firm, where you will become part of an excellent team of property lawyers and assistants. The purpose of this opening will be to take on an established and manageable caseload of quality residential property work. The team offer advice on purchasing a property, selling a property, re-mortgaging, new-build (plot) sales and purchases, and transfers of equity.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE and will have experience of a wide range of residential property matters. You will be a qualified solicitor, Licensed conveyancer or Legal Executive with the passion for this sector, the drive and determination to make a considerable contribution to the firm and would relish an environment where you will be challenged by the wide ranging nature of work.
