Construction Lawyer - Manchester
Construction lawyer sought by large international firm in Manchester.
This firm has one of the leading construction teams in the North and is currently in the market for a construction lawyer that has significant drafting and non-contentious construction experience.
This construction team undertakes work for a broad range of clients from main market PLCs and government organisations through to regional developers and contractors. As such the position requires someone that is comfortable with a wide range of construction and engineering contracts including JCT, NEC3, ICE, FIDIC, collateral warranties, deeds of appointment, parent company guarantees and novation agreements.
Ideally you will be a construction lawyer with at least 2 years PQE and this is a particularly good opportunity for a construction lawyer that is looking to make the step up to a larger team and develop under some of the leading names in the region.
Market leading salary and contribution to relocation costs available for construction lawyers looking to relocate out up from London.
Florit Brooke advertisements use PQE levels purely as a guide to the level of experience required for the role and this does not prohibit applications from candidates who are able to demonstrate the necessary skills and experience. We aim to respond to enquiries as soon as possible but if we have not contacted you within 5 days then unfortunately on this occasion your application has not quite met the requirements of our client closely enough.
