In-house Lawyer - Sheffield - Maternity Contract
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join an award winning business based in Sheffield. This small but international business has an enviable reputation across a number of sectors and you will be joining the team to cover a period of maternity. The main requirement for the role will be to review, negotiate and draft commercial contracts, warranties and appointments with clients and suppliers, supplemented by external legal advice when required. You will identify potential legal risks and will advise on potential contentious matters and assist with any subsequent litigation.
To be considered for the role you will a qualified Solicitor with experience of commercial drafting. Knowledge of construction contracts would also be desirable. Please note that you must be able to commence employment in August.
