JUNIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR; MEDIA/TV; PERMANENT; CENTRAL LONDON
Our client is one of the world's leading independent children's entertainment producers and rights-owners with an enviable portfolio of brands which deliver engaging and inspiring content worldwide.
The Business & Legal affairs team are looking for a capable, enthusiastic contracts administrator to join their team. This role is a great, entry-level opportunity for someone who has perhaps taken their law degree and wants to get into a media legal team. You will support the sizeable legal team who are friendly, supportive, fun and highly valued and liked by the business.
Your role will comprise of liaising with all departments within the business across finance, sales, marketing and legal as you support a team of 6 legal professionals. You will have a nice level of responsibility and will have ownership tracking all documentation for the entire contract process. You will provide administrative support to the lawyers who are working on deals and negotiations. They will involve you in the documentation process with internal and external parties. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc administrative duties.
Any previous office experience would be valuable so your understanding of office etiquette and how a business environment works will be beneficial. You will need to confident, a good communicator, have high levels of concentration and relish responsibility and taking ownership.
The successful applicant must be a graduate (or equivalent) with some administrative experience. A law degree would be beneficial but the LPC qualification is not at all essential. Ideally, you would not have this as anyone looking for high level paralegal work will not suit this position just yet. Career progression and development is guaranteed but they need someone who is willing to start at entry level as they work their way up. If you want to work for a supportive, accomplished Head of Legal in a fantastic TV and entertainment environment and start your legal career off with a bang then please apply!
Please note, Interviews will be held fairly soon so speedy application is recommended. The successful person will join them at the beginning of September.
If you would like to apply for this position please send your CV and details in confidence to Sinead Flanagan -
