Litigation – Mid Level Associate (3-6 PQE) – Barristers and Solicitors Welcome to Apply
Duke and Rawson has been instructed on an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic mid-level commercial disputes lawyer to join a highly successful and respected litigation team in the Middle East. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious, commercially-minded lawyer to broaden their horizons and take on a new challenge.
You will have an appetite to take on a broad caseload with the firm’s client base drawn from the energy, construction, engineering and automobile sectors, together with the armed services and other governmental bodies. This role will involve working closely with the firm’s Special Counsels and Partners.
The team advises on a wide range of issues and are currently working on a number of interesting matters involving construction, corporate crime, anti-competition and employment disputes.
The firm has a very strong reputation in the region and they are looking for a commercial litigation lawyer with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience, ideally with some arbitration and mediation experience, to play an influential role in the development of the team.
Applications are welcome from barristers who have gained relevant experience at a leading chambers in London, as well as solicitors with solid experience from a top UK or international law firm, with good academics and excellent business development skills.
Middle East experience is not a prerequisite but it will be important to demonstrate a commitment to practising and living in the region.
Corporate M&A – Junior to Mid Level Associate (1-5 PQE)
We are working with a leading firm in the Middle East that is looking to expand its well-established Corporate team in Dubai.

You will work with a close-knit team made up of UK and commonwealth qualified lawyers that work alongside locally qualified team-members.

Candidates with top-tier M&A and general corporate experience gained in the UK or Australia are of particular interest.
Corporate Energy (Oil and Gas) Associate – Mid to Senior Associate (4-6 PQE)
We have been instructed on a new position within the Energy team at a leading US firm in the UAE.
The firm has a longstanding history of advising on cutting edge developments in the energy sector, particularly within the oil and gas industry where its institutional clients include governments, global companies, contractors and investors.
Within the Middle East, the firm advises on large-scale energy projects involving oil and gas, LNG and petrochemicals. The team also work on corporate transactions within the energy sector, such as M&A, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
The Partners in the UAE are interested in hearing from mid to senior level corporate energy Associates from international firms in London or the UAE.

Banking & Finance – Mid Level (2-6 PQE)
