PQE: 8 + years

THE ROLE:
The highly rated Corporate Recovery team of this leading law firm provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs. The firm have identified a need within its Corporate Recovery department and they are actively looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Recovery Partner. Your role will involve advising on all aspects of Corporate Recovery matters, providing assistance on receiverships, liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and administrations. Critical to the success of this role will be your reputation in the market, you will be respected by your clients and will have a well established network of contacts.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Corporate Recovery Partner will have a minimum of 8 years corporate recovery experience and a strong commercial approach coupled with the ability to work effectively within a team. You will have excellent academics and be articulate, well presented and have a real passion for this area of law. Applicants will be required to business develop, develop relationships and make contacts. This position would suit frustrated Corporate Recovery Solicitors looking for that next step on the career ladder. You must be able to come in and hit the ground running, ready to win new work and able to demonstrate strong relationships with local contacts. Fiercely ambitious you will be looking for a junior partner role within a leading national law firm where you will be given a genuine level of autonomy and the chance to develop a Corporate Recovery practice.
