If you would like to join us, we are looking for a highly motivated, committed and organised Admin Assistant to join our Litigation practice group, providing administrative support to our legal advisers and secretaries within London team.
Key responsibilities:
Provision of administrative support.
Duties to include:
· Filing/Archiving
· Reorganising filing cabinets
· Scanning/photocopying
· Delivering to/collecting work from Reprographics
· IT equipment fault reporting
· File preparation, preparation of court bundles etc
· Room bookings
· Travel bookings
· Arranging Couriers
· Taxi bookings
· Delivering files/documents to court
· Expenses
· Maintaining team sheets
· Providing secretarial cover as required in times of low resource, including typing from audio and manuscript.
· Adding contacts/maintaining contacts on Share database
· Marketing tasks, eg meeting and greeting clients, laying out delegate materials for training/seminars, ensuring all practice group literature is on display in reception area and within department
· File openings
· Checking stationery levels
· eFiling/ e-filing champion
· Proof-reading
Skills and experience:
To demonstrate a wide range of skills, including a good knowledge of IT systems, excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, experience of working in an office environment.

Demonstrates flexibility and ability to use initiative
Develops good working relationships within the team
Trustworthy to manage own time and workload, and carry out tasks with minimal supervision
