Large commercial law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance lawyer to its team. They will recruit either a full-time lawyer of between 0 and 4 years’ PQE or a part-time lawyer of between 0 and 10 years’ PQE. Clearly candidates with a Real Estate Finance background would be of interest but equally they are just as happy considering:
-
candidates who have general Real Estate experience who are interested in getting involved on the finance-side of transactions;
-
candidates who have Banking and Asset Finance experience
-
candidates who have Social Housing Finance experience bit would like to move over to dealing with more mainstream Property Finance matters
Although the successful candidate will sit in the Leeds office, you will work for teams in the Manchester and London offices and so the you will get to work on some major, very high quality Real Estate Finance matters. You will act for lenders (mainly high street banks) and also some large German banks.
As indicated above, part-time lawyers may be any level up to and including 10 years’ PQE. Such an arrangement may well be attractive to candidates returning from a career break or returning from maternity leave (particularly if their current firm is reluctant to allow them to work part-time).
In short, if you possess skills which are of interest to our client, they are prepared to be flexible (within reason) with regard to working arrangements.
